100% of customers interviewed had a verified product or energy service purchase
60 Decibels carried out an energy service subscription verification and customer insight survey of customers of the energy service providers supported by the Beyond the Grid Fund for Zambia, on behalf of NEFCO. Customer details from Edison were matched with samples provided by the energy service providers, and a random sample contacted by phone or face-to-face. Survey participants were asked about their energy service and how it had impacted their life, as well as further questions to confirm details such as their name and the province in which they reside.
As shown in the table above, the review confirmed that each recorded energy service in Edison did in fact exist: 100% of customers interviewed had a verified product or energy service purchase.
